Privacy policy and text-message terms

FieldBridge is operated by Carl Consulting ("FieldBridge", "we"). Last updated October 7, 2026.

What we collect

From technicians (CSSTs): name, mobile number, city, employer, years of experience, travel range, counties served, work types, equipment, rate preferences, certification number and expiration, references you choose to give, and your replies to our texts.
From firms: company name, contact name, phone and email, and the job details you text us.
Automatically: the date and time of messages sent and received, delivery status, and standard web server logs when you visit this site.

How we use it

To match job requests from firms with technicians who are certified, available and in range.
To verify a technician's certification against the public Cal/OSHA registry.
To send job offers, confirmations, reminders and membership information by text message.
To tell a firm who has accepted its job, including the technician's name and phone number so they can coordinate on site.
To keep a record of jobs offered, accepted and completed.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service: with the firm whose job you accepted, with the technician assigned to your job, and with the service providers that deliver our text messages and host our systems, who may use it only to provide those services to us.

Text-message program terms

Program: FieldBridge job alerts and membership messages, sent by Carl Consulting.

How you opt in: by checking the consent box on the FieldBridge sign-up form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.

What you receive: job opportunities that match your profile, confirmations and reminders for jobs you accept, and occasional membership messages. Message frequency varies with available work.

Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to rejoin.

Help: reply HELP, or email sales@carlconsultingsocal.com.

Pause: reply PAUSE to stop job offers without leaving; reply RESUME to start again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your choices

Update or correct your profile at any time by texting us or using your personal profile link.
Ask us to delete your information by emailing sales@carlconsultingsocal.com. We keep records of text-message consent and opt-outs for as long as the law requires, and job records as needed for our legitimate business purposes.

Security and retention

Information is stored in systems we control, with access limited to the people who run FieldBridge. We keep it for as long as you are a member or a customer, plus the period required for legal and business records.

Children

FieldBridge is for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
