How it works

- A 10-minute call with Owen. Have your CSST card handy.
- Finish your FieldBridge profile: counties, work types, what you bring, your rates, your cert number. We verify it against the Cal/OSHA registry.
- You're active. Job texts come as firms need people. Say yes to the ones you want.

If a job is yours you get a separate confirmation with the address and the firm's contact. If someone else got it, we tell you that too. Nobody is left guessing.

- Your employer allows outside work, or you are self-employed.
- Reply quickly. Quick replies win jobs.
- Show up on time with what you said you'd bring. Your history with FieldBridge follows you.
- Reply PAUSE when you're unavailable for a while, RESUME when you're back.
Questions
Is this a job?
No. FieldBridge is a referral service. Each job is between you and the firm. You decide, job by job, by replying YES or NO.
Who pays me, and when?
The firm, directly, at the rate stated in the job text. FieldBridge does not handle money for field work.
Does it cost anything?
Free during the proving period. Later, FieldBridge is a flat monthly membership for technicians who want to stay on the dispatch list. Never a percentage of your rate.
Will I get spammed?
You get job texts that match your counties and work types, and the occasional note from Owen. Reply STOP at any time and you will not hear from us again.
What do you do with my information?
It is used to match you to jobs and to tell a firm who is coming. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Details in the privacy policy.
