FieldBridge

Need a CSST? Text FieldBridge.

FieldBridge connects California environmental consulting firms with qualified, independent Certified Site Surveillance Technicians. You text one number with the job. We find a certified, available technician and confirm.

I need a technician I'm a CSST looking for work

For environmental firms

  1. Text the job in plain English: where, when, what kind of work, how long, what it pays.
  2. We match it to CSSTs who are certified, cover that county, and are available.
  3. A person confirms. Every assignment is checked by a human before you hear "filled". No bots dispatching your site.
  4. You pay the technician directly at the rate you stated. FieldBridge is a referral service, not a staffing agency and not a billing party.

What we check before anyone is offered your job

Current CSST certification verified against the Cal/OSHA registry. Service area and travel range. Whether their employer allows independent work. Equipment they bring. Rate floor, so nobody is offered a job below what they will accept.

Who this is for

Consulting firms, abatement and demolition contractors, restoration companies and general contractors who need asbestos, lead or mold field coverage on short notice: surveys, abatement monitoring, air clearances, after-hours and weekend work.

Get set up

During the pilot, firms join by email. Send your firm name, the counties you work in and the kind of jobs you most often need covered to sales@carlconsultingsocal.com, and we will add you to the dispatch list and send the number to text. Pilot firms pay no fee.

For CSSTs

Extra work, texted to you, from firms that need a certified technician for a day or a survey. You reply YES or NO. The firm pays you directly, and FieldBridge never takes a cut of your rate. How it works and how to join.

About

FieldBridge is operated by Carl Consulting, based in Orange County, California, and serves Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties first. It is built by people who have done this work and know what a clearance at 6 a.m. on a Saturday takes.
